Hi, I''m Sara Nash
I’m a painter and psychotherapist living and working in Gainesville, Florida. My love for painting began during grad school, when I couldn’t afford art for my walls—so I decided to try making my own. I had no formal training, just a willingness to listen and a hunch that not-knowing was a perfectly reasonable place to begin.
What started over two decades ago as a personal experiment has become a devoted artistic practice—one that reflects my ongoing fascination with the connection between creativity, healing, and wholeness.
I don’t aim for realism. I aim for resonance.
What emerges on the canvas is not what I see—but what I sense.
